As Development Director with the Unite Group, Mark undertook a development on Pellett Street in Cardiff with Derek Rapport of Rapport luxury watchmakers.

10 years later whilst consulting to the Watkin Jones Group Mark put together another development deal with Rapport to develop another site in their ownership which comprised of 445 student beds plus ground floor retail and leisure accommodation.

The scheme designed by Rio Architects of Cardiff was an excellent addition to the Cardiff skyline comprising of a 21-storey tower as part of the development
